Jacob Bach was a practicing attorney since 2002 in New York and New Jersey before he moved back to California and was admitted into the California State Bar in 2006 where he is currently licensed to practice. He is currently also licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, but his main focus area is serving as counsel to businesses. Attorney Bach provides guidance on employment matters as well as advice on how best to solve his client’s complex business issues. He has used his extensive experience to assist clients from various industries and he is also fluent in the Vietnamese language.

  • Settled on favorable terms a contractual dispute in Federal Court involving a multinational Korean conglomerate and its vendor and supplier

  • Obtained a Plaintiff’s verdict in a two-day bench trial involving a title dispute quieting title and reconveyance of title back to Plaintiff

  • Arbitrated and settled Plaintiff’s claims for breach of a long-term commercial lease involving cross-complaints by Defendant/tenant for mold and habitability issues

  • Successfully opposed motions for summary judgment regarding breach of commercial contracts and commercial promissory notes

  • Successfully opposed Anti-SLAPP motion brought against plaintiff/third party homeowner for her complaint for the interference of the sale of her multi-million dollar Newport Coast residence

  • Settled on favorable terms a dispute between former employee involving PAGA claims against the employer
